Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AI Headshots: FLUX Studio app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the app.

2. Credit Purchases

Credits are the consumable virtual currency used within AI Headshots: FLUX Studio to generate AI headshots.

All credit purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Before completing a purchase, you will see the credit package options, prices, and the amount of credits you will receive.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, as they represent consumable digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase completion. Once credits are added to your account, they do not expire but are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other value outside the app.

3. Credit Usage

Credits are consumed when generating AI headshots or generating headshot profiles. The number of credits required for each generation is displayed before confirming the action. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload to AI Headshots: FLUX Studio. By uploading images, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and store these images solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the AI-generated results you create. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. AI-Generated Content

The AI-generated headshots are provided for your personal or commercial use. We do not claim ownership of the generated images, but we cannot guarantee their uniqueness or suitability for all purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the generated images complies with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the app, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Any unused credits will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
